BLANCO was shaped by ideas that came together over time.
Omotenashi - Taught us that care is not something that surrounds a treatment. It is carried through it — in the attention given, the details noticed, and the way each person is considered throughout the experience.
Salon Bihatsudo - introduced through Shiseido's professional philosophy, brought another understanding: healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp. Beauty is not only about what is visible, but also the condition from which it emerges.
From these ideas came

SeCond's work has developed across more than two decades in hair, beauty and advanced aesthetics.
Beginning in hairdressing, his practice gradually expanded into beauty therapy, dermal therapy and scalp health. Working across these disciplines changed the way he understood aesthetic care: what appears in one area is not always separate from what is happening in another.
This became the foundation of his integrated approach.
Rather than defining his work by a single treatment or discipline, SeCond brings together what each has taught him — technical knowledge, observation, touch and an understanding of how face, scalp and hair relate to one another.
BLANCO is the expression of that evolution: a place where those disciplines no longer need to exist separately, and where each treatment begins with the individual rather than a predetermined service.
His role is not to decide beauty for someone else, but to understand what is already there and work with it.
